Single mom needs help w/ house

I am a single mom who needs better housing for my family in a desperate way. I bought a house using all  of the money I had left over from my divorce. The house, much to my dismay, is full of problems. The cost just to fix the roof, siding, windows, and doors is almost $30,000. That's not covering the contaminated well, the bad wiring, the mold from the leaky roof, etc. The house does sit on about 2 acres out in the country, so I've decided that I'd be better off to just pull a manufactured home onto the property. That is expensive also and I can not find any help. My credit is poor due to my husband not paying any bills (I was a stay at home mom) while I was still married. When I got the divorce, I sold our home and paid off what I could. Still, it seems like just when I get ahead, another bill floats in that he never paid. They don't go after him, they come after me because now I have a decent job, etc.  I also can not get any decent help because of the fact that I have a semi decent job. I make less than $26,000 a year, but I make too much for most government programs. It's really frustrating. I feel like I'm getting punished because I choose to work. I have a congenital heart condition and harrington rods in my back from scoliosis. My 7 year-old son has asthma. The mold from the leaky roof and musty basement is making him sick. Making all of us sick. The water from my well is not fit to drink...but I must use it, I have no choice. I am desperate  for help.

I want to start a hair salon with free child care.

I would like to start a hair salon in a college town to cater to at-home-moms or single parents. Where they can come and get there hair done and not have to worry about a babysitter.
